The climate there is ideal for growing vanilla and the pods follow the same ancestral preparation process as in Madagascar. In the Comoros, tradition dictates that it is the women who fertilize the vanilla flowers. They are called the "vanilla matchmakers" As soon as you open the bag, you will recognize the incomparable smell of Bourbon vanilla and its balanced fragrance with round and fruity aromas close to caramel. The pods are delivered in a vacuum bag to protect them during transport. Le climat y est idéal pour la culture de la vanille et les gousses suivent le même processus de préparation ancestral qu'à Madagascar. Aux Comores, la tradition veut que ce soient les femmes qui fécondent les fleurs des vanilliers. On les appelle les "marieuses de vanille" Dès l'ouverture du sachet, vous reconnaitrez l'odeur incomparable de la vanille Bourbon et son parfum équilibré avec des arômes ronds et fruités se rapprochant du caramel. Les gousses sont livrées dans un sachet sous vide afin de les protéger durant le transport.
