Hollycalm is used to prevent vomiting of various origins in dogs. Hollycalm belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group of drugs called antiemetics. Maropitant citrate is a neurokinin receptor (NK) antagonist and inhibits the binding of substance P, a neuropeptide of the tachykinin group, to the central nervous system. Maropitant citrate is effective against vomiting of both central and peripheral origin. After a single administration of 2 mg/kg of animal body weight, maropitant citrate reaches maximum plasma concentrations 2 hours after administration. 1 tablet contains the active ingredient maropitant (in the form of citrate monohydrate) - 60 mg, as well as excipients Ludipress (lactose monohydrate - 93%, Kollidon 30 - 3.5%, Kollidon SG - 3.5%), calcium stearate, Bacon flavoring.

Холликалм применяют для предотвращения рвоты различного генеза у собак. Холликалм относится к лекарственным препаратам фармакотерапевтической группы противорвотные средства. Маропитанта цитрат является антагонистом нейрокининовых рецепторов (МК;) и ингибирует связывание субстанции Р, нейропептида тахикининовой группы в ЦНС. Маропитанта цитрат эффективен при рвоте как центрального, так и периферического генеза. При однократном введении препарата в дозе 2 мг/кг массы животного маропитанта цитрат достигает максимальных концентраций в плазме крови через 2 часа после введения. В 1 таблетке в качестве действующего вещества маропитант (в форме цитрата моногидрата) — 60 мг, а также вспомогательные вещества Лудипресс (лактоза моногидрат — 93%, Коллидон 30 - 3,5%, Коллидон СГ - 3,5%), кальция стеарат, ароматизатор «Бекон».
