Outstanding coffee does not have to be showy or complicated, it just needs to be well-sourced and well-roasted. ✓ THE SOURCE: Our Arabica coffee beans are responsibly and sustainably sourced from the highest grade of coffee producers in Ethiopia and Sumatra. This high-grade coffee is certified kosher. ✓ PREPARATION: This 8oz / 227g bag of arabica coffee is ground for paper filter, drip coffee machines, French press or a pourover. ✓ THE TASTE: The blend is rich in depth and flavor and has a touch of acidity. It is full bodied, yet delicately sharp. Great for those of you who enjoy coffee with character, just like the formidable Armand Gamache. ✓ THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our 100% Arabica coffee is a full bodied medium roast. This coffee is rated as a 5 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered smooth with a lot of flavour and is for a good cause, with $1 of every purchase getting donated to to the Yamaska Literacy Council to help kids learn to read.
