The recommended daily dose of 21 g (3 x 2 teaspoons) provides 1.2 g of alpha-linolenic acid. It contains an average of 21 of valuable phosphatidylcholine. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and normal fat metabolism. Les granulés de lécithine vitaldoc sont purement végétaux et riches en acides gras polyinsaturés essentiels que le corps ne peut pas fabriquer lui-même. Déjà la dose quotidienne recommandée de 21 g (3 x 2 cuillères à café) fournit 1,2 g d'acide alpha-linolénique. Il contient en moyenne 21 de phosphatidylcholine précieuse. La choline contribue au maintien d'une fonction hépatique normale et à un métabolisme normal des graisses. Conseils d'utilisation : prendre 3 x 2 cuillères à café tout au long de la journée avec les repas, pur ou avec des boissons, dans du yaourt, des céréales, etc. Pour les enfants, la moitié de la dose est recommandée.
