The metaprebiotic STIMBIFID PLUS is an innovative development by Russian scientists from the Microbiota Scientific Society. It is based on in-depth fundamental research into the intestinal microbiota, as well as safe and effective methods for its correction. This research formed the basis of the scientific discovery and is protected by two patents of the Russian Federation.

The metaprebiotic STIMBIFID PLUS restores the individual intestinal microbiota, creating favorable conditions for the proliferation of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, and E. coli, which, by inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microbiota, displace it from the body. A significant increase in normal microbiota leads to increased colonization resistance of the gastrointestinal mucosa.

The metaprebiotic STIMBIFID PLUS is a further development and profound optimization of the prebiotic Stimbifid and consists of two components – a prebiotic and a metabiotic. A highly targeted prebiotic component – natural fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and fructopolysaccharides (FPS) with an optimized ratio of short (GFn, n2-8) and long (GFn, p2-60) chains – ensures the reduction of bifidobacteria with exclusive nutrition throughout the entire colon. The metabiotic component is calcium lactate.

It is a powerful stimulator of the growth and reproduction of normobiota (Russian Federation patents). The combination of a metabiotic and a prebiotic with different mechanisms of action in STIMBIFID PLUS promotes: - safe and effective restoration of the body's own (individual) intestinal microbiota, including with the simultaneous administration of antibiotics; - increased colonization resistance of the gastrointestinal mucosa in infectious pathology; - eradication of Hecobacter pylori; - elimination of constipation (dietary fiber effect). Adults and children over 14 years of age take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals. Duration of treatment is 1 month. The number of courses is not limited; - Children from 3 years old - 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals.

In order to adapt the gastrointestinal tract to fructosaccharides, it is possible to gradually increase the daily dose to the recommended one over 2-3 days.
