Non-smearing, va-va-volume tubing mascara

Envelopes each lash in lusciously thick, rich, individuating tubes, forming 'sleeves' that define, plump up, and build up lashes to maximum volume.
Uses only skin-safe, richly-hued iron oxide pigments which are then specially surface-treated to lock in the pigments. This prevents contact with the underlying skin
