Directions for use:

Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch Emulsion in a ratio of 1:1.5 - 1:2 in a non-metallic container.

When coloring near the scalp (on-scalp), mix the powder with a developer of 20 vol (6%) or lower.
