Directions: Mix ILLUMINA COLOR with WELLOXON PERFECT developer in a one-to-one ratio. It is not recommended to use ILLUMINA COLOR and KOLESTON PERFECT at the same time. For the first level of lightening/gray coverage, mix the dye with a 6% developer (for the second level, use 9% developer, and for the third, use 12% developer). Apply the mixture to the entire length of the hair, from roots to ends. Leave the dye on without heat for 30-40 minutes, or with heat for 15-25 minutes. To color the lengths and ends, apply the dye mixture from the mid-lengths of the hair, leaving it on for 20 minutes with heat and 10 minutes without heat. To color the root zone, apply the coloring pigment to the hair roots, leave for 30-40 minutes with heat and 15-25 minutes without heat.
