Wella Blondor Soft blonde cream is designed for the softest possible hair bleaching. Contains lipids that protect hair from moisture loss during coloring, thereby preventing excessive breakage. Wella Blonde Soft Toning Cream is best suited for bleaching techniques involving root lightening and scalp application, and guarantees excellent results and lightening up to 7 levels. Application: Mix in a non-metal container in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect or Color Touch emulsions. Depending on the desired level of lightening, use Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, 12%, or Color Touch 1.9%, 4% emulsions. When the dye comes into contact with the scalp, use no more than 6% emulsion. The exposure time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired degree of lightening, maximum 50 minutes without heat. Check the degree of lightening every 5-10 minutes.
