Tuna and White Bean Salad

2 cans Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, undrained - 1 can (15oz) great northern beans, small white beans or cannellini beans - 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley - juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed - salt and pepper to taste - add olive oil for drizzling

Place tuna and juices from can into mixing bowl. Gently flake tuna with fork to separate. Add beans, parsley, lemon juice and mix gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
