We have been producing 0 additive-free flower honey since 1989, handed down from father to son. Furthermore, our company's employees are bee technicians. Our honey is produced without any additives or pesticides, at a high altitude in Kütahya Kirazliyayla, away from agricultural areas.

Also known as polyfloral honey, this type of honey is produced by collecting nectar from many flowers. This is why our honey has a rich flavor and aroma profile.

HoneycombsWhen filtered and filled into jars, it does not undergo any heat treatment it is raw and natural honey.

This honey, which does not lose its nutritional value, may crystallize after a while.

When this natural state is achieved, the honey is placed in heated water, covered, up to the bottom of the lid. The water is kept at a constant temperature of around 40-45 C. Depending on the type of pollen and nectar, returning the honey to its former fluid state may take a short or long time.

Peteklersüzülerek kavanozlara dolduruldugunda herhangi bir isil islemden geçmez , ham ve dogal bir baldir.

Besin degerlerini kaybetmeyen bu bal bir süre sonra kristallesebilir.

Dogalligin göstergesi bu durum gerçeklestiginde, isitilmis su içerisine kapali bir sekilde kapak alt hizasina kadar konulur. Suyun sürekli 40 - 45 C civarlarinda kalmasi saglanir. Balin eski akiskan haline dönmesi polen ve nektar cinsine göre kisa ya da uzun sürebilir.
