It's a coffee that reveals blueberry and floral notes in both espresso and filtered versions. It offers a bright and full-bodied drink, with a slightly citrusy and winey acidity. While the flavor persists on the palate afterward, a slight coffee bitterness can be felt.

After a coffee tree is first planted, it takes up to five years for it to bear fruit, and an average of 500 grams of coffee beans are harvested from each tree under difficult conditions. The most important thing for us is that the coffee that ends up in our cup after all this effort is of a quality and flavor worth the effort.
