Many deodorants (even without baking soda!) have a pH up to 100,000 times more alkaline than your skin's preferred pH.

Your skin has a pH between 4.5-5.5.

Deodorants shift the natural skin pH to an unfavorable, highly alkaline state.

Increased pH changes the skin microbiome, which results in a stronger body odor.

We do not add fragrances. The acids we use in our CREAM have a distinctive scent. So while our product is fragrance-free, it is not unscented. When you apply CREAM to your skin, you will notice a slight chemical scent. It is normal, this is how AHA acids smell. Once the cream dries out, which is as soon as you rub it in, the scent goes away.
