Pay attention to the following points of use:
1. Maintain the correct sitting position and hold the breathing nozzle between your lips.
2. Perform inhalation and exhalation training through the breathing trainer using diaphragmatic breathing.
3. Totate the inhalation(settings 1-6) and exhalation(settings 1-6) dials of the trainer to Inhalation(settings 1-6) and Exhalation(settings 1-6) dials in one gear set,at which you can perform 10 breathing cycles without puffing out your cheeks or gasping for air.
* The first time you use it, set both dials to setting 1.
4. As you get stronger,you can periodically and progressively increase the dial's gear setting.Depending on your bady and how often the trainer is used,it may take a number of weeks or months to reach the highest setting .
5. Stick to 2 or 3 sets of 10 breaths per day,doing 50% of your full strength training volume for each session, or as directed by your trainer or clinician.
6. Clean the respiratory trainer after each use to keep it clean and sanitary.
