Jun Mei is from the Wuyi Shan area of Fujian Province. The highest grade of Lapsang Souchong is called Jun Mei, or Beautiful Eyebrow in English because the processed tea leaf resembles an eyebrow. Jun Mei differs from other Lapsang Souchongs in that it is processed using tender, full tea leaves and buds that are picked in early spring.
