• Q1:What is dimension of hair?

A: 10-30inch(3.5ozs)/bundle. But you should Stretching the hair to be STRAIGHT and then measure(0.1-0.3inch margin for error is accepted).

• Q2:Can I dye/color the hair?

A: Yes, it can be dyed, But we recommend to dye darker color, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hair dresser dye the hair. Colored by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. we Suggest you dye it professional.

• Q3:How many piece can install on my head?

A:3 bundles are enough to make a full head. If you like thicker or need longer hair, it's better to wear one more bundle. Short then 18 inch 3 Bundles are enough, Longer then 18 inch 4 Bundles would be better

• Q4: How long does it last?

A: It depends on your care. Normally it could last 8-12 Months. You Should Be Treat it like your own hair and take very good care.

• Q5: Does the hair shedding?

A: No it doesn’t. Please use a wide comb, comb from the end, pass through and then comb the root of the hair. If you encounter tangles, do not use brute force to pull, as it will easily break your hair. Spray with conditioner to make it soft and smooth, and then comb it afterwards. Remember not to use large force to comb, even your own original hair can't bear it.

• Q6: About hair smell?

A: Under normal circumstances there is no smell. If there is a slight smell when opened, it is not emitted by the hair itself. Conditioner is used to maintain the hair when it is shipped to reduce damage to the hair during transportation. If you feel uncomfortable with the smell, please use after washing.
