Shatavari- Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 200g fresh raspberries
• 300ml milk of your choice (coconut milk works especially well here!)
• 150g coconut yoghurt
• 1 tsp Shatavari powder
• 2 tsp agave syrup or honey

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix for 2 min. Top with fresh raspberries and enjoy!

Shatavari Face Cream

Ingredients:

• 15ml vegetable oil (e.g. avocado oil, safflower oil).
• 30ml rose water
• 1/2 tsp Shatavari
• 2g shea butter
• 3g Emulsan (emulsifier)
• A few drops of essential oils to taste

Application:

Melt the shea butter in a water bath, then add the emulsifier and the chosen oil. Also heat the rose water in a clean bowl in a water bath. Now add the rose water to the oil mixture and stir. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it has a creamy consistency. If you like, you can add a few drops of essential oils. The cream should be poured into a clean container and will keep in the fridge for about two weeks.

You can adapt the basic recipe according to your needs.

Golden Shatavari Milk

Ingredients:

• 200ml oat milk
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Shatavari powder
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation:

Heat the milk in a saucepan and add all the other ingredients. Season with a pinch of pepper and top with turmeric if desired and then enjoy.
