Our story

How we got our start

We're Danielle & Russ Vincent, and we started Outlaw because we wanted to make a different kind of company. We believe that kindness costs nothing, but is worth more than gold. We believe in the goodness of dogs.

What makes our product unique

Our products are cruelty free and are never tested on animals (heck, we don’t even bathe our dogs). Our fragrances are all made in the USA and are regulated by the FDA. We regularly contribute to charitable causes that are close to our hearts (including K9s for Warriors).

Why we love what we do

When we started this company, we did it because we wanted to remember our favorite things -- things like camping, carousing, and general rousing of rabble. If you're here, it's probably because you're passionate about those things, too.

What does an Outlaw smell like?

An Outlaw is a darn American hero. They smell of leather, sandalwood, gunpowder, sage, nighttime campfire, (daybreak campfire!), and a little dirt. An Outlaw smells like the essence of badassery.

Outlaws use a lotion that would have been used by the cowboys of legend. A lotion that makes a married man late for work. A lotion that invigorates the outlaw within and drives them to GET.IT.DONE. But make no mistake, nothing but NOTHING gets done before lotioning up until sexy.

Our lotions are formulated with a combination of oils that leaves your skin silky smooth and, if you wish, sooooo kissable (though we’re not getting all up in your boundaries). We make them with love and laughter in order to bring the best of ourselves to you.

Outlaw is a company for adventurous people, by adventurous people. We live like the products we make: we love campfire, whiskey, and ill-advised explosions... standing a little too close, but being sure to wear fire-proof clothes.

Russ and I have built a business around what we find fun and interesting. It’s not for everyone… We get a lot of bruises in the regular course of life. Our hair is usually a mess. I probably have dirty fingernails.

But it’s our life, and it’s pretty darn fun.

If that sounds fun to you (or someone you know), you’ll probably like our products. If not, well, there are a million other companies for you, and that’s totally fine. No hard feelings.
