• Q1. Is it 100% Human Hair?

A: Testing by BURNING- Human hair will show white smoke while burning and will turn to ash; Synthetic hair will show black smoke and will be a sticky ball after burning.

• Q2. Wig Cap Size too Big or Small?

A: All our wigs use adjustable straps for wig cap and average fit 22.5 - 24 inches head circumference, we suggest you follow above steps to measure your head size before your purchase.

• Q3. Hairstyle Difference?

A: The wigs on the image had been styled slightly before we take photos, so did the hair on the model, and your wig comes with a basic style, so you can create your own hairstyles by yourself or with your hair stylist's help.

• Q4. How to Measure the Hair Length?

A: Please understand that all curly hair usually looks much shorter than straight hair becuase of the hair curls, you should measure it from cap top to the longest ends when the hair fully streched.

• Q5. Tangle And Shedding A Little?

A: Any wig will tangle more than your real hair because your scalp produces natural oils that keep your own hair from drying out, that’s why wigs are happened to minimum shedding and tangling, especially the curly wigs, which is normal. Some water and hair conditioner and curly hair care products can be much helpful.
