From our family farms to your table

We work with family farms across Cyprus to create our unique olive oil.

Our olives are hand-picked at ideal ripeness with utmost care and respect for the environment. After harvest, they make their way to our state-of-art mills to get pressed within the 24-hour time frame. They are cold-extracted (solely mechanical means, no excessive heat) to ensure maximum taste and quality. It also ensures nutrients and antioxidants are well preserved.

Our in-house olive oil sommelier is present every step of the journey to create the well-balanced taste we aim for.

The resulting oil is invitingly complex and has ever-growing rich fruitiness with a crescendo of spice that has a peppery finish on the palate.
