This professional and highly concentrated paste colouring ensures impressive and vivid colours for your cake projects, as well as consistent. Due to the high strength/concentration, you only require a tiny drop of colour to work with. We recommend building up the shade gradually using the tip of a cocktail stick. A little colour goes a long way, also making for a long-lasting and cost-effective purchase. We recommend approx. 10g per kg of paste. Many shades can be produced using just one colouring. Use a little more for vibrant, bold colours and use tiny amounts for more pastel, subtle tones. You can also mix with other colours in the range for infinite colour possibilities.
