Our organic shelled hemp seeds come from Estonia. A small country in Northern Europe, where 22% of the land is certified organic, and 51% of the country's territory is covered with forest. We source our hemp seeds directly from a family farm, where they are produced via renewable energy (solar power, wood chips).	One of The World's Most Nutritious Seeds Organic shelled (de-hulled) hemp seeds, also known as hemp hearts, are not heated during any stages of the production. Since the hemp seeds are not damaged by heat, all the vitamins and minerals are conserved.
