OSR Clementine, Turmeric, and Coconut Smoothie
1/4 cup Rolled Oats, 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Water (chilled), 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 2 clementines (about 1 1/2 cups) fresh or frozen, 1/2 tsp. Organic Spice Resource Turmeric Powder, 1 (1/2-inch) Fresh Ginger, peeled and chopped, 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp. Honey or Agave Nectar (optional), 1 tbsp. Maca Powder (optional)
Instructions: 1. Peel and chop fresh ginger. 2. Peel and separate clementines (if fresh). 3. Place the rolled oats in a blender and process until finely ground. 4. Add remaining ingredients to the blender, and process until smooth. 5. For a thicker smoothie, let it stand for about 5 minutes before serving. 6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
OSR Turmeric Latte
1/2 cup Coconut milk, 1/2 cup Water, 1 tsp. Cinnamon, 1 tsp. Organic Spice Resource Turmeric Powder, A pinch of black pepper, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. Coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp. Butter, Sweetener to taste
1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on low-medium until the ingredients have mixed together.
2. Taste and add sweetness to your taste.
3. Pour the mixture into a blender and pulse for 30 seconds.
4. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
OSR Turmeric And Ginger Energy Balls
3/4 cup Dark Chocolate-Covered Espresso Beans , 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes, 1/2 cup Almonds, 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds, 1 1/2 cups Dates, 1/4 cup Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup Almond Butter, 1 tsp. Ground Ginger, 1 tsp. Organic Spice Resource Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
Instructions: 1. Using a food processor, pulse espresso beans, finely ground them and set aside. 2. Coarsely chop coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dates and add chia seeds. 3. Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of very hot water, and process until a paste form. 4. Add almond butter, ginger, OSR Turmeric Powder, salt, coconut mixture and pulse until just combined. 5. Scoop date mixture, roll into balls, then roll in chopped espresso beans. 6. Chill for at least 1 hour and enjoy!
