1. Trim your cat's nails - kitten claws do not need to be trimmed.
2. Try on the nail cap, without glue, to ensure a proper fit; it should fit snugly.
3. Fill each nail cap 1/3 of the way full with the provided adhesive, and gently slide the cap onto the nail.
4. Observe your cat for 5 minutes until the adhesive sets and you're done !

Each application of 20 nail caps lasts approximately 4-6 weeks until your cat sheds their nail. The nail caps are safe and non-toxic. Even if swallowed, no harm will come.

Kitten Size: Less than 6 months old These fit most kittens by the time they reach the age of 16 weeks. Some kittens can wear them as early as age 12 weeks.

Small: Approximately 6 months old -- Approximately 6-8 pounds

Large kittens at 5 months may need the small size and small-boned adult cats often wear the small size.

Medium: Approximately 9-13 pounds

Most adult average size cats wear medium.  Large: Approximately 14 pounds and up Large-breed cats wear large.
