Step 1: Twist the head counter clockwise and it just pops off.

Step 2: Put replacement on, find the corresponding position, and twist clockwise, then push down.

MAKE SURE TO INSERT AND ALIGN TRIANGULAR SHAFT WITH THE TRIANGULAR DRIVE ON THE HEAD BEFORE TWIST-LOCKING THE HEAD. IF IT IS NOT PROPERLY INSERTED, THE DEVICE WILL NOT SHAVE, OR IT MIGHT JAM.
