Step 2: Locate your hip joint by lowering your index finger on the side that is about 3 inches below your hip bone.

Step 3: Then from the tip of your index finger, measure the circumference of your pelvis using a measuring tape.

Step 4: Add 4-6 inches to your pelvic measurement. This gives you room for adjustment.

• Fasten The Chiropractic Belt initially by placing it around your hips and connecting the Velcro fastener securely at the front.
• The Adaptive Stabilizer should fit directly over the sacroiliac joints at the base of the spine.
• Pull both side tension straps forward, securing them to the Velcro on the body of the belt.
• The pelvic support is directly proportional to the pressure provided by the side tension straps.
• It is important to pull them securely into place.
• Adjustments in pressure to achieve the most comfort may be made by releasing and repositioning the side tension straps.

Removal: The Chiropractic Belt is easily removed by first pulling and releasing the two side tension straps and then pulling and releasing the front closure. Do not wear The Chiropractic Belt while swimming, showering, or bathing.
