Directions of Use

Begin by taking 1 capsule in the morning. Increase dosage to 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon if required.

Those who are sensitive to caffeine should start with just 1 capsule per day.

Please stay well hydrated whilst taking Simply Simple Supplements. We recommend at least 1.5 - 2 litres of fluid per day.

Vegetarian/Vegan Status: Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months of opening. Do not use if seal is broken.

L-Tyrosine - 200mg, Caffeine Anhydrous - 180mg, L-Tryptophan - 35mg, Choline Bitartrate - 25mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - 1.4mg, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5ug (2mg)

Other Ingredients: Magnesium Stearate (Anti caking agent), Rice Flour (Bulking Agent), Silicon Dioxide (Flow Agent). White HPMC #0 Capsule (Capsule Shell).
