1.Hair smell?

A:Ususlly Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo,and we will put hair oils to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs from being dye during longer team delivery,it is just hair shampoo,but smell will disapper after re-wash.

2.Hair care Products?

A:Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products,condition the hair is very improtant to keep it soft &manageable.let it air dry instead of blow dry.

3.Hair tangle?

A:The hair can tangle due to dry,oil &dirt build -up,and not combing (wide tooth comb )out your hair daily,Make sure wash and condition your hair once a week,twice is better,use Olive oil to polish it smooth or consult your stylist for more help.

4.Can I dye/Bleach the hair?

We advertised that the hair could be bleached and colored. But we do not suggest customers bleach the hair to 613 color or 27 color, this color is too light, that will ruin the hair.

Hair Care

1.Please wash the hair with Mild shampoo only.

2.Detangle hair gently before washing. Please don’t rub or twist the hair. And we suggest you use warm water to wash the hair

3.Though our hair can be curled,straightened, should avoid overusing of hot curlers and flat-irons,which will shorten the using-time

4.Always use conditioner or oil to maintain your hair

5.Don't brush or comb curly weaves and hair extensions.Instead,Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to style wavy extensions
