- Please make sure both pads are not firmly on the skin. Electrode pads are usually first placed where the greatest pain is felt or, on certain acupuncture points nearest to where the pain is felt.
Q4: Caring for the pads.
1) Turn the power off on the unit and remove the cord from each pad. 2) Wash pads when the adhesive becomes dirty and/or pads are not adhering to your skin. 3) Air dry pads and do not wipe with paper or cloth.

1) The Tens Unit Machine can only provide temporary relief or reduction of pain.
2) Please gradually increase the Intensity from low to high, do not directly drive to the highest level.
