Delectable Glazed Orange Ginger Carrots

Glazed Orange Ginger Carrots

( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 10 Minutes )

Ingredients:

• 1 pound sliced carrots or whole baby carrots
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1 Tablespoon Orange Ginger Spice Blend
• 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
• Orange for Zest or Strips of Peel

1. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in sauce pan
2. Add Carrots to the skillet.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice with Orange Zest or strips of Orange peel.
4. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon Orange Ginger Spice Blend
5. Simmer uncovered until all the liquid has evaporated and carrots are tender and nicely glazed.
