World Bicycle Relief

MISSION: Provide simple, sustainable bikes to people in rural developing countries where distance is a barrier to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.

In response to the 2004 Tsunami, World Bicycle Relief was founded in 2005 by SRAM. With the support of SRAM and other bicycle industry leaders, WBR partnered with aid organizations in Sri Lanka to distribute over 24,000 bicycles.
