Get Your Smooth Skin and Enjoy the Summer Q&A
Q1 : Why is the Red heating light switching on and off repeatedly?
A: Due to the Auto shut off function, it is normal that the red LED light will be on and off periodically. The wax warmer will alternate between on to heat , and off to stop heating, driven by the temp-control thermostat, to prevent over-heating. Please keep the knob on MAX for 10 to 20 minutes until all wax beads are melted, when heating wax.
Q2: Why the wax is not peeling off all the hair?
A1: You are not applying enough pressure when applying the melted wax onto your skin
Solution : Re-apply the melted wax with more pressure, so all the hairs are sufficiently shrink wrapped by the wax.
A2 : The wax layer is too cool or too thin.
Solution: Re-heat the wax beans and re-apply hot enough wax (About 55?/130?), but not so hot that you get burnt. When the wax is dry enough and not sticky to touch, it is time to peel it off. Then following the same direction of hair growth to
re-apply the wax.
Q3: Why is the wax not sticking to my skin?
A : You have applied too much pre-waxing oil or lotion on the skin.
Solution: Make sure that the skin is clean and dry before applying the wax.
Q4 : Why is the wax cracking/coming apart when peeled off?
A : The wax has been left on the skin too long and has cooled down, or the wax has been applied too thinly.
Solution: Re-apply a thick layer of wax and wait until the wax has dried, it should not be sticky to touch, and wax film has not cooled down, then it is time to peel off the wax quickly and firmly.
