Created with carefully sourced sun dried chili peppers and our special piquant spice blend, our Signature Harissa is the perfect secret ingredient to add richness, depth and subtle heat to your favorite family dishes.

VERSATILE: Cooking: stir into soups, stews & sauces, Flavoring: spread on burgers and sandwiches & fold into dips, Seasoning: sprinkle on salads, eggs & vegetables * A tasty alternative to ketchup, sriracha, salsa etc. HEAT: We believe that harissa should not be overwhelmingly hot, so we created our harissa to be big on flavor and gentle on the heat. INTEGRITY: Our motto is, let the chiles speak for themselves, we carefully source every ingredient that ends up in our jars. We never allow unnecessary ingredients like red bell peppers or tomatoes to bulk up the mixture. And unlike many jarred harissas, our brick-red paste is completely free of distracting pepper skin and seeds. FLAVOR & TEXTURE: Thick, vibrantly red, lusciously textured chile paste with notes of toasty earthy cumin and citrusy coriander seeds. OUR STORY: Our recipe is inspired by Rons mother Linor, who was similarly taught how to make it by her mother after their family immigrated from Morocco to Israel.
