Apple Cider Honey Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in blender.

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp honey
salt & pepper to taste

Sprouted Wheat Berry Salad with Vinaigrette

Try our healthy and delicious recipe for sprouted wheat berry salad. Topped with a variety of vibrant colors, this dish will leave you feeling full and satisfied for hours.

1. Rinse and drain berries. Place grains in a bowl and cover with water by a couple inches. Let stand overnight.

3. Drain grains & place in a jar. Cover jar with cheesecloth secured with rubber band. Turn the jar upside down at an angle so excess water can drain and air can circulate.

4. Every 12 hours, pour water into the jar and swirl it to evenly rinse all the grains. The grains should sprout in 1 to 5 days.

3. Combine all salad ingredients in bowl and pour dressing to desired taste. Enjoy!

1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 scallion, white and green parts, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
